Courses meet the qualifications for 1, 2, or 3 hours of continuing education credit for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and/or LEPs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
Ventura County Chapter of CAMFT is approved by the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists to sponsor our continuing education for LMFTs, LCSWs,LPCCs, and/or LEPs. Ventura County Chapter of CAMFT maintains responsibility for this progrm/course and its content.
To collect Continuing Education Credits/Certificate, signing-in and signing-out are required to receive CEs. Late arrivals and/or early departures are not eligible for CEUs. Certificates will be handed to attendees at the end of the workshop, at which time, Course Evaluations will be turned in. Continuation education credit does not include lunch, introductions and announcements. Grievances regarding CEUs are to be reported to a Board Member and will be reviewed by the Board at the next Board Meeting.
Consent to Use of Photographic and Video Images: CAMFT, Ventura County Chapter and its affiliates may be photographing, videotaping, or webcasting VC-CAMFT meetings, activities and VC-CAMFT sponsored events. Registration, attendance at, and/or participation at any of these events constitute an agreement by the registrant or attendee to these activities and to use and distribution of the registrant’s or attendee’s image, likeness, or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes.

Reservations must be made seven days prior to an event, (i.e. Friday before the scheduled General Meeting), to qualify for VC-CAMFT membership discounts. Reservations made less than one week prior will be charged accordingly and are not guaranteed a meal. We will do our best to accommodate members and we will make sure that you do have a seat and will receive continuing education units.
Cancellations/Refunds Cancellations must be given in writing, seven days prior to the event to receive a refund. Cancellations less than seven days prior to the event, will not receive a refund. All cancellations, regardless of time frame, will receive an administrative charge of $4.00. We understand emergencies arise, however as a nonprofit organization, VC-CAMFT does not have the funds to subsidize the fees related to cancellations. Send cancellation requests to vc_camft@yahoo.com
